  • SHIPPING

    Within 24 hours from shipment you will receive an automatic email to track your order. If you don’t receive the notification, please check your spam folder before contacting Black Box. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays are shipped on the next working day.

    Shipping times and costs:

    Domestic orders (Italy) delivered by TNT in approximately 3–5 business days, with a cost of €6.50 for orders under €100.

    International orders delivered by DHL in approximately 5–7 business days, with a cost of €15 across Europe (islands excluded) for orders under €200.

    Orders may be delayed due to factors beyond our control. Black Box is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in transit by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies.

    DROPS: Shipping costs for DROPS are always charged to the customer and, in case of return, only the item will be refunded.

  • RETURNS & SHIPPING

    All items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund, provided they have not been worn and have all tags and/or packaging attached. Footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged box.
    We do not offer exchanges. Returned items will be refunded via the same payment method used at checkout within 3 business days from warehouse check-in. In the meantime, you can place a new order for the correct size or item.
    Items purchased online cannot be returned/exchanged in-store and vice versa.
    Shipping costs are always borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

  • PAYMENTS & COSTS

    We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
    From time to time, we may request additional information to verify your identity; in this case we will contact you by email or phone.
    We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. While we work hard to keep prices shown on blackboxstore.com accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If there is a price inaccuracy on your order, we will contact you by email before shipment to correct the error.
