  • SHIPPING

    Within 24 hours of shipment, you will receive an automatic email to track your order. If you do not receive the notification, please check your spam folder before contacting Black Box. Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays are shipped the following business day.

    Shipping times and costs:

    National orders (Italy) delivered in approximately 3-5 business days, with a cost starting from 7 euros for orders under 100 euros.

    International orders delivered by DHL or FedEx in approximately 5-7 business days, with a cost starting from 9 euros throughout Europe, excluding islands, for orders under 200 euros.

    Orders may be delayed by factors beyond our control. Black Box is not responsible for any delays and/or damages caused in transit by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies.

    DROPS: Shipping costs for DROPS are always borne by the customer, and in case of a return, only the item will be refunded.

  • RETURNS

    All items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they have not been worn and have all tags and/or original packaging attached. Footwear must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging.

    We do not offer exchanges. Returned items will be refunded through the same payment method used at the time of purchase within 3 business days of registration at the warehouse. In the meantime, you can place a new order for the correct size or item.

    Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in store and vice versa.

    Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

    How to request a return:
    Log in to your account area, select the order you want to return and submit your return request independently. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email notification with all the instructions needed to complete the return.

    It is not necessary to request a return by email. The request must be submitted directly from your account area.

    After the return has been approved, prepare the package and clearly write the return code received in the email notification on the outside of the package.

  • PAYMENTS & COSTS

    We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
    Occasionally, we may require additional information to verify your identity; in this case, we will contact you via email or phone.
    We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. While we work hard to keep the prices displayed on blackboxstore.com accurate, errors may occur from time to time. In the event of a pricing inaccuracy in your order, we will contact you via email before shipping to correct the error.
